Proposal - Planner/Coordinator
  • Lets plan your proposal!
  • You will receive a quick questionnaire about your plans and themes of your proposal
  • unlimited consultation via Email/Telephone
  • As a gift you and your Fiancé will be given a special Wedding Binder for all our consultation meetings to plan your big day!
 also a Wedding Planner...
  • Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed
  • Unlimited consultation with you via         telephone/email and my response within 24 hours.
  • Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design
  • Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections
  • Attendance at 10 vendor appointments of your choice (Unlimited visitation per Vendor)
inlcuding Wedding Coordination..
  • Up to [20 of] hours of professional in-person consultation time throughout the planning process
  • Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
  • Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day
  • Wedding Rehearsal Supervision ([3] hours maximum)
  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to [9] hours on the day of your wedding

Surprise proposal:
  • You will receive a quick simple questionnaire about your plans and themes for your proposal. Includes planning, meeting vendors. 1 hour photography with professional edited images and much more.   

Proposal and Engagement Party:
  • You will receive a quick simple questionnaire about your plans and themes for your proposal. Includes planning, meeting vendors. 4 hour photography with professional edited images and much more.                                                   ​

Wedding Planner and/or Wedding Coordinator: (Intimate: approx.  50-80 Guests)     
*If our wedding package doesn't fit your needs:

  • Wedding Planner: Up to [4 of] hours of professional in-person consultation time throughout the planning process, Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections. Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding.                 
 
  • Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed          
 
  • Day of Coordinator: Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party. Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day. Covering up to 10 hours of the wedding for coordination.          
 
  • Wedding Rehearsal Supervision with a 3 hour maximum.                             
 
  • Additional on-site coordinator and supervisor at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to [9] hours on the day of your wedding (Mandatory for weddings and events with over 200 guests).
